Trillicom.AI is our new framework for the introduction of a new generation of productivity tools in the the financial sector. Our goal was to Re-Imagine a Business Day were businesses can concentrate on the more difficult and pressing issues, knowing that most repetitive tasks and decisions are handled by an automation assistant – with the deployment of TrilliComAI, we have achieved this. We started in our own backyard. We have been using AI and the addition of the watsonx code assistant to re-imagine one of our most recent products DataPaaS.
DataPaaS infused with AI has been transformed into a “ConnectorFoundry”. The skeleton of a connector is built quasi automatically and the technical staff can concentrate on business logic. In the initial stage, this represents a 50% boost in productivity. In the second phase we hope to reach 70%+.
With the Loan Document Center we are powering traditional content management with AI based document processing. Images and PDFs are vectorized, a term used to describe how we can go from a keyword based search to a semantic search. We no longer need to build dictionaries to give you the answers you want. This information buried in documents that need to be reviewed manually can now be used to fill in forms and speed up the review process with the creation of summaries tailored to the need of the reviewer. In the next phases we will incorporate Document Generation capabilities, based on intelligence extracted from your business documents.
All these productivity gains are achieved leveraging strict governance practices and rigid content administration that ensure decisions are only based on the documents a user is entitled to consult and that those documents will remain datasources for your BI needs.
A third angle of productivity gains comes from digital assistants and improvements to your daily processes.
